Czech probate proceedings

We represent foreigners before Czech Notaries (Courts) in the inheritance proceeding (and if necessary also in connected probate litigation - contested wills, contested estates). We can take care of all other aspects of your inheritance in the Czech Republic as well (taxation, probate administration, sale of assets, release of bank accounts etc.).

In addition, we can provide advice regarding estate planning under the Czech law.

International proceedings

Our office provides necessary evidence and other assistance for inheritance proceedings abroad (including search for missing heirs – see section Probate Research).
