Our firm, its partners and their predecessors have been specialized in international inheritance and probate law, estates, research of unknown heirs and connected genealogical research and practice since about 1960´. We have correspondents and cooperate with many firms and individuals specialized in searching for beneficiaries of deceased estates around the world. Our team conducts searches (inter alia and including registry and archive researches), locates the family members of the deceased’s extended family and produces necessary certificates and documentation to substantiate relation- and heirship including translations. We are able to provide official translations of documents from Czech to English, French and German.
